the last consultation, the client must schedule another one before their ISB appointment. Failure to do so
will result in a no-show fee of 50% of the ISB appointment that was booked without an consultation and/or

How long do the results last?

Results can be long-lasting, but if the factors causing hyperpigmentation,
such as friction, continue, re-treatment may be necessary.

Is there any downtime after intimate brightening?

There are some things you should avoid after your treatment:

    1. No showering for 24 hours
    2. Avoid strenuous and sexual activities for 72 hours
    3. Don’t shave or wax for 72 hours

What is the difference between intimate bleaching and intimate brightening?

  1. Intimate bleaching involves the use of chemicals, such as hydroquinone or kojic acid, to lighten the skin in the intimate areas. These bleaching ingredients are not formulated for the intimate areas where there is a direct pathway to the bloodstream.
  2. On the other hand, Prana’s entire line of intimate brightening products are formulated for the intimate areas and are hydroquinone and bleach free. Brightening occurs through exfoliation and second-generation peptides and acids that are proven safe for brightening the intimate areas.

What is the at-home care like?

The at-home system includes a gentle cleanser, masque, and lotion to support and enhance the results of professional treatments and to be used for maintenance.

How often are professional treatments performed?

Professional peels are typically spaced every 2-4 weeks, depending on the individual’s needs.

What causes discoloration?

Hormonal changes, friction, aging, and treatments like laser hair removal can all cause hyperpigmentation.

How many treatments should I get?

For maximum results, we recommend 3 treatments. However, skin conditions may result in more or less.   For max results, stay on schedule. 

Is it safe for all intimate areas?

 Yes, the products are specifically formulated for sensitive skin in areas that have a direct pathway to the bloodstream.
